Reimbursements

  1. We offer reimbursements for products deemed damaged, faulty, or unfit for their intended purpose.
  2. Reimbursements are solely for the item’s cost and exclude any associated delivery or other expenses.
  3. To qualify for a reimbursement, items must be returned in their original packaging within 14 days of purchase.
  4. Special sale items (‘specials’) are non-refundable
  5. We retain the right to decline returns or exchanges if we suspect product usage, damage, or tampering.
  6. Upon approval, refunds are processed, and credits are applied to your account.

Return Procedures


Please be advised that all shipping arrangements and costs for product returns should be coordinated directly with your distributor, as they are responsible for handling such matters. These expenses are not managed through our website, but rather through your distributor. Any inquiries or issues regarding shipping should be addressed with them.


For higher-value item returns, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item otherwise.
